Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at mildman.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or exchange request. Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund.

Product Authenticity & Fraud Prevention

  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If the returned product does not match the original item shipped (different product, tampered tags, or signs of use/damage), the return will be rejected and the item sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Each product is tagged with a unique security tag/label. Returns will only be accepted if the original tag is intact and unremoved.
  • We reserve the right to blacklist customers found attempting fraudulent returns or exchanges.
  • Repeated return/exchange requests from the same customer may be flagged for review and may require additional verification.

Size & Colour Disclaimer

  • Please refer to our size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. These are not considered defects.

Defect Reporting

  • Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours without prior intimation will not be entertained.

Delivery & RTO Policy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order will be returned to us and reshipping charges will apply.
  • COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch. Please ensure your number is reachable to avoid cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items where the security tag has been removed or tampered with
